The Sussex County Charter School for Technology is a Public School District of the State of New Jersey.

    Campus Wide Phone System requirements:

  • 13 phones (extensions) in each building (total 26 phone extension)
  • 1 Fax line in Building B in the Secretary section of the building.

    • Phone lines need to be extended to:
    Building A:

  • Each office (4 phone)
  • Each classroom + Computer lab (5 phones)
  • Nurses (1 phone)
  • Prep Room (1 phone)
  • Phys ed. office (1 phone)

    • Building B:

  • Bookkeeper(1 phone)
  • Teacher/Secretary (1 phone)
  • Administrative (1 phone)
  • Secretary (1 phone)
  • Office (1 phone)
  • All classrooms+ Lab Science (6 phones)
  • Special Group Instruction (2 phones)
  • Teacher & Copy Room (1 phone)


    • Three network Connections for each of the following:

  • Each Classroom 39 Connections per building - 3 per classroom x 13 classrooms per building = 39 connections.(78 total connections for the classroom)
  • Special Group Instruction room (2 Connections)

    • One Internet Connection for each of the following:

  • Teacher/Copy Room (1 Connection)
  • Book keepers room (1 Connection)
  • Teacher/Secretary Room (1 Connection)
  • Each Office (5 Connections)
  • Secretary (1 Connection)
  • Nurse (1 Connection)

    • Computer Lab:
    28 Network connections are needed in the computer lab.

    Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections:

    • Maintenance of phone system and wiring of Internal connections for eligible equiptment listed above.

      • Please note:

      1. Network servers will be located in the 'supplies' closet listed in: Building A pg 4.
      2. A network switch will also need to be installed in the closet called 'supplies' listed in: Building B pg 4.

      4. There will be a conduit between the two buildings.
